Mass screening results of common gynecological diseases among 4 969 female employees in Handan Iron and Steel Group Co. ,Ltd

目的了解邯郸市钢铁集团公司女职工妇科常见病患病情况,掌握发病规律,探讨发病因素,为妇女生殖健康服务。方法 2012年5—10月对该公司4 969例已婚女职工进行常规妇科检查、分泌物涂片检查、宫颈刮片细胞学检查、盆腔B超检查、乳房触诊及红外线扫描,将结果归纳整理,进行统计学分析。结果检出患病妇女1 901例,患病率38.26%,居前3位依次为乳腺增生、慢性宫颈炎、子宫肌瘤。检出2例宫颈癌,未检出乳腺癌。且患病情况与年龄有密切关系,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论妇女病普查普治是妇女保健工作的重要内容之一,对降低妇女患病率,特别是早期发现、早期治疗各类妇科疾病有着极其重要的意义。

[ Objective] To understand the prevalence of common gynecological diseases among temale employees m ttandan Iron and Steel Group Co. , Ltd, find out the occurrence regularity, describe the epidemic factors,＂ and improve the women reproductive health. [ Methods] The routine gynecological examinations, secretion smear examination, cervical smears, B ultrasound examina- tion of pelvic, breast examination by hand and infrared scanning were conducted among 4 669 married female workers in Handan Iron and Steel Group Co. , Ltd from May to October 2012. The results were analyzed statistically. [ Results] 1901 cases of gyneco- logical diseases were detected, with the prevalence rate of 38.26%. The top three common gynecological diseases were hyperplasia of mammary glands, chronic cervicitis and hysteromyoma. 2 cases of cervical carcinoma were detected, and the breast carcinoma was not found. The prevalence was related to age closely, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] The mass screening and treatment of gynecological diseases is important content of women health care, which has the extremely important val- ue in reducing the prevalence rate, especially early diagnosis and early treatment of common gynecological diseases.
