广西壮族自治区龙州县中小学学生视力低下状况分析

Analysis on poor eyesight among primary and middle school students in Longzhou County of Guangxi

目的了解广西壮族自治区龙州县中、小学学生视力低下状况,为采取防治措施提供科学依据。方法对龙州县2012年中、小学学生体检视力检查结果进行汇总和统计分析。结果该县中、小学生视力低下率平均为20.70%(3 852/18 608);男生视力低下检出率为16.24%(1 480/9 114),女生视力低下检出率为24.99%(2 372/9 494),差异有统计学意义(χ2=216.47,P<0.01);城区学生视力低下检出率为33.22%(2 674/8 050),农村学生视力低下检出率为11.16%(1 178/8 050),差异有统计学意义(χ2=1 351.46,P<0.01);学生视力低下与年龄的增加呈显著性相关(r=0.925 7,P<0.01),视力低下程度以中、重度为主,达到71.34%。结论龙州县学生视力低下率较低,视力保护工作有成效,家庭、学校和卫生部门要相互配合、齐抓共管,应确保学生有合理学习、休息时间和充足的营养供给。

[ Objective ] To understand the status of poor eyesight among primary and middle school students in Longzhou County of Guangxi, provide scientific basis for prevention and control measures. [ nethuds ] The results of eyesight test？ of primary and mid- dle school students in Longzhou County in 2012 were collected and analyzed. [ Results] The average detection rate of poor eyesight among primary and middle school students was 20.70% （ 3 852/18 608 ）. The detection rate of boys and girls was 16.24% （ 1 480/9 114 ） and 24.99% （ 2 372/9 494 } respectively, and the difference was significant （ X2 = 216.47, P 〈 0.01 ）. The de- tection rate of urban students and rural students was 33.22% （2 674/8 050} and 11.16% （ 1 178/8 050） respectively, and the difference was significant （X^2 = 1 351.46, P 〈0.01 ）. The detection rate of poor eyesight had？ significant correlation with increas- ing age （r = 0.925 7, P 〈 0.01）. The moderate-severe poor eyesight accounted for 71.34%. [ Conclusion] The detection rate of poor eyesightamong primary and middle school students in Longzhou County is low, which indicates that the eyesight protection measures are effective. Family, school and health department should make great efforts？ together to develop the reasonable sched- u!e of study and rest for students, as well as ensure adequate nutrition supply.
