基于全网优化分布控制式电压无功综合控制系统的优化与控制设计

摘要 简要介绍了当前电力系统变电站使用无功补偿装置存在的问题,并阐述了全网电压无功优化的优化模型及算法和分布终端电压无功综合控制装置的优化方案,及该方案对系统电压稳定、系统容量的传输、电网的经济运行与线损指标、电压合格率、发配电设备在峰值负荷时的利用效率等一系列重大安全经济运和电能质量问题具有的意义。 This paper briefly introducs the presently existing problems in using the reactive compensation device in the power systems. This paper also describes the voltage reactive power optimization model and the algorithm, and the optimal method for the integrative distributed terminal voltage reactive control device. This method has significant impacts on the stabilization of the system voltage, the capacity of the system power, economic operation of grid, line loss index, rate of qualified voltage, the efficiency rate when the power generating equipment reaches the peak load. It has improved the problems of energy saving in safe operations and power qualities.
