摘要
隧道窑是烧制陶瓷制品的主要设备,隧道窑的控制水平对陶瓷产品的质量有重要的影响。隧道窑是一个复杂的控制对象,具有非线性、强耦合、大滞后的特点,这些特点给隧道窑的控制带来了困难。无模型自适应控制不需要被控对象数学模型的任何信息,仅仅利用系统的I/O数据就能实现对该系统的控制。把无模型自适应算法和PLC编程技术相结合应用到隧道窑的控制中,能够很好的提高隧道窑的控制品质,进而提高陶瓷制品的产品质量。
tunnel kiln is the main combustion equipment for ceramics. The control level of the tunnel kiln has an important influence on the quality of the ceramic products. The tunnel kiln is a complex control object, having the characteristic of non-linear, strong coupling, large time delay. These characteristics have brought difficulties for the control of the tunnel kiln. The algorithm for Model-free adaptive control does not require any information on the mathematical model of the object. It only requires the system I/O data to realize the control of the system. The combination of model-free adaptive algorithm and PLC programming techniques can be applied to the control of the tunnel kiln. It can improve the quality control of the tunnel kiln, thus improving the quality of ceramics products.
