Investigation of Traditional Chinese Medical Constitution of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Patients

【目的】探索系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的病因病机,为实现运用调养体质的方法防治SLE、改善预后和防止复发等提供理论依据。【方法】运用《中医体质分类与判定》标准,对108例系统性红斑狼疮患者进行体质等调查。【结果】108例患者中,女105例,男3例,女性患者构成远高于男性;在年龄方面,以青中年患者构成相对较高,一般多发生在21～40岁之间;体质类型以气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质及气郁质为多见;年龄大小对阳虚体质、湿热体质的患者有显著性影响(P﹤0.05),病程长短对阳虚体质的患者有显著性影响(P﹤0.05)。【结论】在9种体质中,多见相兼体质,其中气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质及气郁质的发病人数较多,年龄大或病程长患者多见阳虚质。

Objective The etiology and pathology of systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）were investigated to supply theoretical evidence for treating and preventing SLE,and for improving its prognosis and preventing recurrence through regulating the constitution.Methods The criteria of Classification and Assessment of Traditional Chinese Medical Constitution were applied to investigate the constitution types of 108 SLE patients admitted in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.Results Of 108 SLE patients,105 were female,and 3 were male,indicating that the female had a higher incidence of SLE.The young and middle-aged patients had the higher incidence of SLE,and the average age ranged from 21 to 40 years old.The constitution types of qi deficiency,yang deficiency,yin deficiency and qi stagnation were dominated in SLE patients.Age had significant influence on the constitution types of yang deficiency and dampness heat（P﹤0.05）,and the course of disease had obvious effect on yang-deficiency constitution type（P﹤0.05）. Conclusion The complicated constitution types are commonly seen in SLE patients,and the constitution types of qi deficiency,yang deficiency,yin deficiency and qi stagnation are predominant.The elder SLE patients or patents with long disease course usually have yang-deficiency constitution type.
