532激光治疗早期翼状胬肉的临床研究

Clinical study of 532-laser treatment for early pteryium

目的探讨532激光治疗早期翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法门诊早期翼状胬肉46眼,表面麻醉,激光击射供应翼状胬肉生长的血管和翼状胬肉头部。观察疗效,以药物治疗组42例作对照比较。结果治疗组激光治疗后42只眼翼状胬肉变小或消失,效果良好,治疗组1例效果差,优良率为91.3%;对照组1例良好,40例效果差,优良率为2.4%,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 532激光治疗早期翼状胬肉安全有效。

Objective To explore the effect of 532-laser treatment on early pteryium. Methods Trim group（46 eyes of early pteryium） was treated with532-1aser aimed at the vasa vasorum and the head of pteryium. Control group （46 eyes of early pteryium） was trea- ted with various kinds of eye drugs. The response to the treatment was compared between the two groups. Results In the trial group, the 42 eyes were treated with good effect （the rate of good effect was 91.3% ） , and one eye with bad effect. In the control group, only one eye was treated with good effect （ the rate of good effect was 2.4% ） , and 40 eyes with bad effect. There was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion To treat early pteryium by 532-laser is safe and effective.
