洗涤剂中十二酸含量的高效液相色谱法测定

Determination of lauric acid by HPLC

利用具有示差折光检测器的高效液相色谱仪,建立了十二酸的定性定量分析方法。利用此方法,间接检测了洗衣液中的十二酸钠/钾含量。首先加入过量冰醋酸将洗衣液样品中所含十二酸钠/钾完全转化为十二酸,然后利用上述检测方法,准确分析洗衣液样品中十二酸钠/钾的含量。对方法的准确性和可靠性进行了验证。结果显示,方法可靠、快速、灵敏。

A new HPLC-RID method to determine lauric acid was established. The content of sodium/potassium laurate in liquid detergent was analyzed by an indirect method. Sodium/potassium laurate was completely converted to laurie acid by adding acetic acid to laundry detergent firstly, and then detection was done by the said method. Accuracy and reliability were studied. The results showed that this method is accurate, simple, rapid and sensitive.
