在高度信息化的今天,人类产生、获取、存储和处理的数据量正以指数级增长,异常增长的数据量给存储和计算资源带来一系列挑战,并正在改变人类的工作、生活和思维方式。大数据的保护和开发将给人们带来前所未有的机遇和挑战,大数据本身的安全及其对信息安全的冲击也将成为一个越来越突出的亟需解决的"大问题"。密切关注大数据的发展并对其发展趋势进行深入探讨、科学认识并积极发掘大数据的潜力具有十分重要的实际意义。
With the exponential growth of data generation, acquisition, storage and processing, unprecedented challenges to big data storage and data-intensive computing increasing emerge. Big data changes the way for people to think, work and live. The development and protection of big data would bring more and more challenges and opportunities to the people, and the security and impact of big data would also become a ＂big problem＂ demanding prompt solution. Study on the progress and tendency of big data, in-depth understanding and exploration of its potentialities would be of great actual significance.
