摘要
食品信息监测是食品严格监管、确保食品安全、关系人民群众健康生活的重要技术问题,物联网技术作为引领第三次信息技术浪潮的先锋,可以很好地应用到食品信息监测中。针对食品行业的特点,提出了一种食品信息监测系统的设计方法,运用物联网技术中的RFID技术与二维码技术,具有方便记录和读取食品生产流通信息的优势。通过软件和硬件结合的方式,进行了实物制作与测试。经实际测试证明,应用效果良好,达到了设计的预期目标。
As an important issue concerning the people＇s healthy life, the food safety requires strict supervision. As the vanguard of the third IT wave, IoT（Internet of things） technology can be well applied to the food information monitoring. According to the characteristics of the food industry, a food information monitoring system is designed and implemented, and this system can easily record and read the food production and circulation information with RFID technology and two-dimensional code technology of IoT technology. Through combining of software and hardware, the physical production and test are done. Experiment indicates that the application effect is good, and it can meet the design expectation is achieved.
