摘要
在海洋采矿系统中 ,提升物料颗粒大、距离长 ,提升管道处在复杂的海洋气候条件下 ,管内流体中颗粒的运动状态与陆上管道输送不同。对摆动管道输送特性的研究结果表明 ,摆动管中的压力损失比静止状态的压力损失大。根据颗粒的受力特点 ,建立了数学计算模型 ,分析了动态管道压力损失增加的机理。
In the ocean mining system, lifted materials have a large particle size and a long transport distance. In complicated oceanic climate, the particles in an ocean pipeline′s flow are differential from the particles in a land pipeline′s flow in state of motion. From the study it is indicated that the pressure in a swing pipeline loses more than in a static pipeline. According to characteristics of the force which acts on particles, a methematical model is established and mechanism of loss and increase in dynamic pipeline′s pressure is analysed.
