摘要
对电弧炉两步法冶炼低品位铌精矿作了物料平衡和热平衡计算 ,得出 30 0 0kW电炉冶炼富铌渣电耗为 3 2 0× 10 3kW·h/t、180 0kW电炉冶炼铌铁合金电耗为 6 32× 10 3kW·h/t。针对铌精矿冶炼中存在的问题 ,提出了提高热效率的一些措施和途径。
In this paper, caculations of material balance and thermal equilibrium are made for smelting the Baotou low grade niobium concertrate by two step arc furnace method. It is concluded that the energy consumptions for smelting Nb enriched slags with a 3?000 kW arc furnace and for smelting ferro niobium alloy with a 1?800 kW arc furnace are 3.20×10 3 kW·h/t and 6 32×10 3 kW·h/t respectively. In addtion, some measnres are taken to increase thermal effciency.
