摘要
室内测定了黄足肥螋Eurellia pallipes Shliraki成虫对亚洲玉米螟Ostrinia furnacalis(Guenee)二龄、二龄幼虫和蛹的捕食行为、捕食功能反应、寻找效应以及干扰效应。结果表明,黄足肥螋成虫对亚洲玉米螟二龄幼虫、三龄幼虫和蛹均具有较强的捕食作用,捕食功能反应均属于HollingⅡ型,其中对2龄幼虫的捕食功能反应方程为Na=1.1158N/(1+0.014059N),瞬间攻击率a为1.115822,处理1头亚洲玉米螟的时间为0.0126d;对3龄幼虫的捕食功能反应方程为Na=1.073537N/(1+0.019753N),瞬间攻击率a为1.073537,处理1头亚洲玉米螟的时间为0.0184d;对蛹的捕食功能反应方程为Na=0.820749N/(1+0.018631N),瞬间攻击率a为0.820749,处理1头亚洲玉米螟的时间为0.0227d。黄足肥螋对亚洲玉米螟二龄、三龄幼虫和蛹的搜寻效应模型分别为E_(2龄幼虫)=0.21989P^(-0.3210)(r=0.96566)、E_(3龄幼虫)=0.1962P^(-0.3725)(r=0.9861)、E_蛹=0.17155P^(-0.5705)(r=0.9768)。黄足肥螋个体间相互干扰对其捕食亚洲玉米螟二龄、三龄幼虫和蛹的干扰效应模型分别为E=0.5935P^(-1.06)(r=0.987826)、E=0.4954P^(-1.09)(r=0.9583)和E=0.346P^(-1.35)(r=0.9591)。该研究结果为评价黄足肥螋成虫控制亚洲玉米螟的作用提供了理论依据。
The functional response and searching efficiency of Eurellia pallipes Shliraki adults on Ostrinia furnacalis (Guen6e) was studied in laboratory. The results showed that within the range of the density of O. furnacalis, the functional response of E. pallipes adults could be described with Holling II type model. The prey 1.115822, Th = 1.073537N 1 + 0. 019753N ' functional response model for the 2nd larvae was Na = 0.0126. The prey functional response model for the 1.1158N 1 + 0.014059N,a = 2nd larvae was Na = a = 1. 073537, Th = 0. 0184. The prey functional response model for the pupa was Na 0.820749N 1 + 0.018631N ,a = 0. 820749, Th = 0. 0227. The searching efficiency decreased with the increase of predator density, and could be described by Hassell model as E2nd instar = 0. 21989P-0.3210 (r = 0. 96566), E3rd instar =0. 1962P-0.3725 (r =0. 9861 ), Epupa =0. 17155P-0.5705 (r =0. 9768) on the 2nd larvae, 3ra larvae and pupae of O. furnacalis, respectively. The mutual interference was modeled as E = 0.5935P-1.06 (r = 0.987826), E =0.4954P-1.09 (r = 0.9583) and E =0.346P-L35 (r = 0.9591) on the 2na larvae, 3rd larvae and pupae of O.furnacalis, respectively. All the results will provide well description of predation of E. pallipes Shliraki adults on O.furnacalis and a base for the biocontrol on O. furnacalis.
