不同产地冬虫夏草无性型的形态观察 被引量:14

摘要 冬虫夏草为我国传统的名贵中草药,是冬虫夏草真菌侵染蝙蝠蛾科昆虫幼虫而形成的僵虫与真菌子座的复合体。本文从西藏、青海、云南和四川采集的新鲜冬虫夏草样品中分离和培养无性型菌株,进行分子鉴定,观察菌落和菌丝与分子孢子的显微形态。结果表明分离到的菌株为冬虫夏草无性型-中国被毛孢;扫描电镜下观察到H型菌丝融合现象;冬虫夏草无性型可产生包括肾形、椭圆形或长椭圆形及近球形的多态分生孢子,其大小为1.36~13.76μm×1.03~9.18μm;在同一培养基上分生孢子大小与菌株的产地有关,从大到小依次是云南、西藏、青海、四川采集的菌株;同一种菌株在不同培养基上产生的分生孢子形态及大小差异不明显。 Ophiocordyceps sinensis is a well - known and valued traditional Chinese medicine in China. It is a composite consisting of the stromata of the fungus, O. sinensis ( Berk. ) Sung. ( Family : Ophio- cordycipitaceae) parasitized on the larva of some species of insects ( Family : Hepialidae), and the dead caterpillar. The strains of anamorph of O. sinensis were isolated directly from nature - O. sinensis samples from Tibet, Qinghai, Yunnan and Sichuan. The morphology of the mycelia and conidia was observed by SEM after molecular identification. The results showed that all the isolates were confirmed to be Hirsutella sinensis. Hirsutella sinensis could produce polymorphic conidia of subglobose, elliptical or kidney shapes (sizes about 1.36 - 13.76 μm × 1.03 -9. 18 μm). The conidial sizes of the isolates from different origins in the same medium were in order Yunnan 〉 Tibet 〉 Qinghai 〉 Sichuan. The conidial shapes and sizes of the isolates from the same origins in different medium were not significantly different.
