摘要
本文论述了江西铜业公司武山铜矿在连续七年亏损的情况下 ,依靠科技进步 ,解决了制约生产发展的“瓶颈”问题 ;依靠科学管理 ,控制消耗、提高技术指标、降低生产成本 ,实现了公司下达的“三年脱困”的目标。
This paper describes WuShan copper mine resolved the key problem influencing the production development depending on technological advance under the deficit situation for 7 years. Through scientific management, controlling consumption and improving technical target and decreasing production cost, the target of “extricate from delimma within 3 years' required by JiangXi copper is reached.
