摘要
内蒙某氧化锌矿石氧化率高 ,风化严重 ,异极矿和褐铁矿共生关系紧密且复杂 ,是一个难选的氧化锌矿。试验采用了硫化胺法和磁—浮联合流程浮选氧化锌 ,可获得锌品位分别为 36 86%和 36 51 %、回收率为54 51 %和 48 96%的锌精矿。
An oxidized zinc ore from Inner Mongolia was found to be very difficult to treat due to its features of high oxidation rate,heavy weathering and the intimate association of hemimorphite and limonite.Accordingly,the ammonium sulphide method followed by combined process of magnetic separation-flotation was adopted in this experiment and the zinc concentrates with grade of 36 86%and 36 51%and recoveries of 54 51%and 48 96%were obtained respectively.
