Some Thoughts on Income Distribution between Operators in State-owned Enterprises

文章从要把按劳分配与按生产要素分配结合起来 ,要积极探索按劳分配与按生产要素分配相结合的形式和途径、按劳分配与按生产要素分配相结合应注意的问题和坚持的原则等方面论述了国有企业经营者收入分配的问题。

Some issues on income distribution between operators in state-owned enterprises were dissertated according to several aspects,i.e.,to combine distribution according to work and distribution according to manufacture essentials;to actively seek its form and approach of combination and some matters that have to be regarded and some principles that have to be stick to in the combination.
