摘要
试验表明 ,用测密度的方法来判定烧结态YG系列等硬质合金制品内有无孔隙是不准确的。通过对WC Co、WC Ni、WC Ni Co系列合金热等静压 (HIP)前后组织和性能变化的分析 ,论述了HIP工艺在粉末冶金工业中的重要地位和意义。
The experiment results show that porosity judgement of as sintered cemented carbides in YG series by means of determining their density is not accurate.The importance of HIP process in PM industry is descrided by comparison of structure and properties before and after HIP processing of WC Co,WC Ni and WC Ni Co series cemented carbides.
