摘要
介绍了攀钢汽车大梁用热轧钢板的开发。采用低C -Mn -V合金化 ,结合攀钢的喂线技术、炉外精炼及轧制工艺 ,生产出P51 0L、P440L、P42 0L和P370L热轧钢板 2万余吨 ,产品已供汽车制造厂使用 ,各项性能指标满足用户使用要求。
The hot rolled sheet used for auto chasis frames was developed by use of low C-Mn-V alloying,wire feeding,secondary steelmaking and controlled rolling techniques at Pangang.The over 20000 tons of the P510L,P440L,P420L and P370L hot rolled sheet have been produced,successfully used at autoworks. The mechanical properties of the sheet can meet user's demands.
