摘要
近几年以低热值高炉煤气，采用单一周边烧嘴的气烧窑一直存在理论及操作的缺陷，产品质量难以提高。本文通过总结宣钢白灰窑几年来操作经验，分析新的操作方法理论的成功之处，并运用到生产实践中，从而解决了气烧窑生产中的一系列问题。
Because of defects in theory and operation, for several years there has been difficulty to improve the quality of products for the gas-burning lime shaft kiln using low-thermal -value B.F. gas and single-circle burner. Based on the operation experience in the recent years in the lime kiln of Xuanhua Iron and Steel Company, the success of new operation method and its theory are analyzed. With it used in production of gas-burning kiln, a whole train of problems was solved.
