宣钢第一炼铁厂2^#高炉冷态开炉实践

宣钢第炼铁厂２＃高炉停炉重点中修后，在没有煤气来源的情况下，采用喷柴油烘热风炉，用焦炭烘高炉的力法，实现了顺利开炉，快速达产。开炉后两天利用系数达到１．７６ｔ／ｍ３．ｄ，创厂开炉历史最好水平。

With methods used of Ironworks diesel oil to bake the blast-heating furnace and burning coke to bake the B.F. in the circumstance without gas, No.2 B.F. of No.1 Ironworks of Xuanhua Iron and Steel Company was ignited successfully and put rapidly into production after middle-scale repair in some key parts. After two days the utilization rate reached 1 .76 t/m3.d and its the best level.
