水稻耐低钾突变体筛选方法探索

摘要 [目的]探讨筛选耐低钾水稻突变体的最优条件。[方法]比较分别含4种琼脂粉及不同钾离子浓度的低钾培养基对水稻生长的影响。[结果]Seakem LE agarose中钾离子浓度最低,为40.17μmol/L,适合作为筛选突变体的琼脂粉;在钾离子浓度为40μmol/L时,水稻幼苗的生长情况与其他浓度处理间存在显著或极显著差异。[结论]钾离子浓度40μmol/L左右可作为耐低钾突变体的筛选标准。 [ Objective ] The paper was to find the optimal conditions for the screen of rice mutants with low K + tolerance, [ Method] The effects of mediums with four kinds of agars and different concentrations of K+ on the growth of rice were compared. [ Result] The K+ concentration of Seakem LE agarose was the lowest at 40. 17 μmol/L, so the Seakem LE agarose was the best agar for the screen of rice mutants. The growth of rice seedlings had significant or extremely significant difference with other treatments with different concentrations,when the K + concentration was 40 μmoL/L. [ Conclusion] K+ concentration at 40 μmol/L could be used as screening standard for low K+ Tolerance mutants.
