北虫草栽培技术研究

摘要 [目的]探讨栽培技术对尖头北虫草产量的影响。[方法]设置液体培养基、菌种代数、栽培培养基养分和VB1含量、菌液接种量、补充液体成分等不同处理,按照常规方法栽培北虫草,测定子实体产量,用SPSS软件对数据进行统计分析。[结果]液体培养基成分对子实体产量有显著性影响(P<0.05);F1代和F2代产量没有显著性差异(P>0.05);不同栽培培养基养分和VB1含量处理产量之间没有显著性差异(P>0.05);接种5 ml菌液的处理产量极显著高于接种2 ml菌液的处理产量(P<0.01);补充清水和营养液子实体产量之间没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。[结论]液体培养基中添加一定天然有机物可以提高子实体产量;尖头北虫草菌种继代1~2次对产量没有明显影响,栽培培养基营养液成分和VB1含量对产量没有明显影响,足够的菌液接种量可以提高产量;培养过程中补充清水即可。 [ Objective ] To study the effect of culture technology on yield of sharp Cordyceps militaris. [ Method] Setting different treatments of liquid medium, strain generation, culture medium components, Val content, inoculation volume, additional liquid, compare the yields, and ana- lyze the data with SPSS. [ Result] Liquid medium components had significant effect on yield(P 〈 0.05 ). The yield of F1 and F2 had no signifi- cant difference (P 〉 0.05 ). Culture medium components and VB1 contents had no significant effect on yield. The yield of 5 ml inoculation volume was higher than that of 2 ml extremely significantly( P 〈 0.01 ). The yield of adding pure water had significant difference with that of adding nu- tritional liquid(P 〉 0.05 ). [ Conclusion] To add some natural organic compounds to liquid medium can improve yield. To subculture sharp Cordyceps militaris once or twice has no significant effect on yield. Culture medium components and VBj contents had no significant effect on yield. To inoculate enough volume can improve yield. It' s enough to add pure water rather than nutritional liquid to moisten the medium in the course of culture.
