深圳市的城中村可持续改造探究

The Sustainable Reform Study of Urban Village in Shenzhen

通过对国内城中村内涵的诠释和深圳城中村特征的描述与探究,结合当前深圳城中村存在的规划不力,环境污染严重,建筑混乱、无特色、高能耗,基础设施配备不完善、年久失修等问题,提出深圳城中村的可持续改造思路:科学规划改造,综合整治固、液废弃物,建筑风格化、低碳化,道路交通安全化、规范化,城中村园林化、生态化。

By the interpretation of domestic urban village and description with study about the characteristics of Shenzhen urban village, in combination with the problem about the lack of planning, serious environmental pollution, building chaos, no characteristic, high energy-con- sumption, imperfect infrastructures, long neglected and in disrepair, the sustainable transformation ideas of Shenzhen urban village were put forward, including scientific planning and reconstruction, comprehensive improvement of solid and liquid waste, building stylized, low carbon- ization, road traffic safety and standardization, urban village ecological and with the landscape.
