Optimization of China's Vegetable Supply Chain Processes

摘要 系统分析了我国传统蔬菜市场运作特点及问题,发现蔬菜市场存在供需不均、流通中间环节过多、价格失调等问题,认为从蔬菜生产源头引入工商资本,以农企合作为中心重塑蔬菜供应链流程,提高蔬菜生产、流通、销售过程的组织化程度,是解决蔬菜市场困境的可靠出路。 The operational characteristics and problems of the traditional vegetable market in China were analyzed, it was found that there exists some problems such as supply and demand unbalanced, too many intermediate links in circulation and price disorders in vegetable market, and considered that it must lead industrial and commercial capital into vegetable production source and remodel the vegetable sup'ply chain process to improve vegetable production, circulation and sales organization, which is a reliable way to solve the plight of the vegetable market.
