经阴道超声对绝经后子宫内膜病变的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound in postmenopausal endometrial lesions

目的探讨经阴道超声对绝经后子宫内膜病变的诊断价值。方法对85例绝经后阴道不规则出血患者应用经阴道超声检查其子宫大小、内膜厚度及回声等。结果 85例患者中诊断为子宫内膜增生15例,子宫内膜息肉10例,子宫内膜萎缩35例,子宫内膜炎6例,黏膜下肌瘤10例,子宫内膜癌9例。结论经阴道超声观察子宫内膜病理变化和超声表现,可作为绝经后阴道出血患者诊刮前的筛查手段。

Objective To explore the value of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosing postmenopausal endometrial lesions.Methods 85 cases of postmenopausal irregular vaginal bleeding were performed transvaginal ultrasound for determining the uterine size,endometrial thickness and echo,etc.Results Among 85 cases,15 cases of intimal hyperplasia,10 cases of endometrial polyps,35 cases of endometrial atrophy,6 cases of endometritis,10 cases of submucosal fibroids and 9 cases of endometrial cancer were diagnosed.Conclusion Observing the endometrial pathological changes and the ultrasonographic manifestations by transvaginal ultrasound may be used as the screening measure before diagnostic curettage in the patients with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding.
