鲍曼不动杆菌112株临床分布及耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨鲍曼不动杆菌的临床分布及耐药性,为指导临床合理用药和控制医院内感染提供依据。方法对2009年1月至2011年12月从住院患者分泌物中分离出的鲍曼不动杆菌的标本来源和耐药性进行回顾性分析。结果 3年共分离鲍曼不动杆菌112株,其中79.5%(89/112)的菌株来源于呼吸道标本,其耐药情况严重,鲍曼不动杆菌仅对多黏菌素E、亚胺培南、美罗培南、阿米卡星和头孢哌酮/舒巴坦保持较低的耐药率,对第3、4代头孢菌素、氨曲南、左氧氟沙星、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、氨苄西林/舒巴坦和庆大霉素的耐药率均超过50.0%,耐药率最高为氨苄西林(93.4%)。结论鲍曼不动杆菌主要从呼吸道检出,其耐药性严重,医院应加强对鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性监测,减少耐药菌株的产生,控制耐药菌株的交叉感染。 Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumanii to provide the basis for guiding clinical rational drug use and controlling nosocomial infection.Methods The specimen source and the drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumanii isolated from the secretions in the inpatients from January 2009 to December 2011 were per formed the retrospective analysis.Results 112 strains of Acinetobacter baumanii were separated during 3 years,in which 79.5%(89/112) isolates were derived from the respiratory tract specimens,their drug resistance was serious;Acinetobacter baumanii maintained the lower drug resistance rate to polymyxin E,imipenem,meropenem,amikacin and cefoperazone/sulbactam;the resistance rates to the third and fourth generation cephalosporin,aztreonam,levofloxacin,piperacillin/tazobactam,ampicillin/sulbac tam and gentamicin were more than 50.0% and the highest drug resistance rate was ampicillin(93.4%).Conclusion Acinetobacter Baumanii is mainly detected from the respiratory tract,its drug resistance is more serious.Hospital should strengthen the drug resistance monitoring of Acinetobacter baumanii,reduce the emergence of drug-resistant strains and control cross infection of drug-resistant strains.
