摘要
通过对90后大学生时代特征和个性特点的分析,指出高校目前的管理体系无法满足当前90后大学生成长发展的需要。因此,本文从组织社会化策略视角出发,探讨对90后大学生管理体系的优化建议,进一步塑造90后大学生的正确行为,实现高校的人才培养目标。
Trough the analysis of the characteristics and personality for the 90s college students, this paper points out that the current management university system cannot meet the growth needs of the current 90s college student. Therefore, based on the perspective of organizational socialization strategy, this paper discusses the optimization advice of college students management system, and further shapes the correct behavior of the 90s college students, to realize the college personnel training goals.
