Project cost budget is the important basis of project investment,so it is very important to effectively control the project cost.In practical construction projects,there may be some deviation in the cost budget due to various influencing factors;even budget over-run happens frequently,which seriously affects project cost control.This paper discusses some measures to control and manage project cost from several aspects.
