摘要
本文从分析新加坡组屋的规划指导方针以及新加坡公屋的建筑设计特点,总结对我国公租房建筑设计有借鉴的经验,旨在推动我国公租房设计的稳步发展,提高住房弱势群体的入住品质。
Based on the analysis of Singapore HDB planning guidelines and the construction design characteristics of Singapore public housing,the paper summarizes the experience of public housing design in China,the purpose is to promote the steady development of China＇s public rental housing design,and improve the quality of housing vulnerable groups.
