摘要
当今社会的市场经济竞争越发激烈,企业若想在这种越来越复杂的市场环境下获得进一步发展,便应该摒弃传统的粗放式管理模式,吸收应用精细化管理模式,以达到传统管理与精细化管理结合的目的。精细化管理不仅可以提高企业的经济效益,又能将企业的成本有效的节约。笔者与实际工作相结合,简单分析了精细化管理模式的重要性,以此来保障油井过程中的安全。并且在测井管理过程中从精细上下功夫,不断的创新思维,使精细化管理更加完善实用,以期达到测井的高效、优质以及安全等,以及双方和谐发展、共赢发展的目的。
The market economy competition is more and more fierce in today＇s society,if enterprises want to obtain further development in the complex market environment,they should abandon the traditional extensive management mode,absorb the fine management mode to achieve the goal of combination of traditional management and fine management.Fine management not only can improve the economic efficiency of enterprises,but also save the enterprises＇ cost.Combined with actual work,the author simply analyzes the importance of fine management mode in order to ensure the safety in the process of the well,and makes the effort in fine management and innovation thinking,lets the fine management more perfect and practical,in order to achieve the efficiency,quality and safety etc.of well logging,as well as the harmonious and win-win development of both sides.
