There are varieties of defects in small and medium-sized enterprises business administration in our country,which has hindered the development of enterprises.This paper analyzes the importance and the current problems of the enterprise business administration,and discusses the development direction in future and the development strategy,puts forward suggestions on enterprise business administration stepping the right track and promoting the enterprises＇ healthy development.
