小煤矿安全设备管理及维护现状浅析

Safety Equipment Management and Maintenance Situation in Small Coal Mines

本文从我国煤炭行业中的小煤矿现状、地位、作用及煤矿安全设备要求的特殊性入手,分析了小煤矿存在安全设备管理和使用过程中相关管理及技术人员素质低、技能水平差等问题,并探索性地给出了作者认为能提高煤矿安全设备管理水平、使用及维护人员综合技术能力的可行方法。

Starting from the status,position,function and the particularity of coal mine safety equipment requirements of small coal mine in China coal mining industry,this article analyzes the problems of the low quality and poor skills of related management and technical personnel of safety equipment management and the use process in the small coal mines,and gives the feasible way to improve the level of coal mine safety equipment management,use and the comprehensive technical ability of maintenance personnel.
