高职院校文化载体的育人功能探究

Exploring into the Educational Function of Higher Vocational Colleges' Culture Carrier

校园文化建设是一个学校办学成功与否的重要标准之一。高职院校也一样,必须建设具有自己特色的文化载体,发挥应有的教育功能。从狭义来看校园文化是指在高校的发展过程中,通过师生形成的一种文化氛围,一种独特的生活方式、共同的价值趋向、思维方式和行为规范等。但是广义的校园文化范围宽泛,校园的各个方面均包含其中:精神文化、物质文化、制度文化、行为文化。其中包括隐性文化和显性文化。其中物质文化为显性文化,而精神文化属于隐性文化。高职院校作为高等教育的重要组成部分,其校园文化建设应具备自己的特色,高职院校是以就业为导向,以服务为宗旨,培养第一线需要的技能型、创新型人才。所以校园文化更体现出其重要的育人功能,本文就高职院校文化载体的育人功能探究展开粗略的探讨。

The construction of campus culture is one of the important criteria of a school＇s success.Higher vocational colleges,too,must construct their own culture carriers with characteristics and play their function of education.From the narrow sense,campus culture refers to a kind of culture atmosphere formed by teachers and students in the development process of the colleges,a unique way of life,common value orientation,thinking mode and code of conduct.But in the broad sense,campus culture has a broad range,including all aspects of the campus： spiritual culture,material culture,system culture and behaviour culture,of which there are invisible culture and explicit culture.Material culture belongs to explicit culture and spiritual culture belongs to invisible culture.As an important component of higher education,higher vocational colleges should have campus culture construction with their own characteristics.Higher vocational colleges are employment-oriented and service-aiming,cultivating skilled and innovative talents for the first line.Therefore,the educational function of campus culture becomes more eminent.This paper discusses the educational function of vocational colleges＇ culture carrier.
