Starting a Business:An Effective Way to Enlarge College Students' Employment:Setting Construction Engineering Specialty as an Example

从建筑工程专业出发,浅析了当代大学生创业难的原因,及学生在学习过程中自身存在的问题,并提倡在大学生教育过程中,高校应重视大学生创业教育及加强大学生职业生涯规划设计,最后根据自身的专业教学特点,提出创业将成为大学生就业的有效途径。

From civil engineering specialty,this paper discusses causes existed in venture of university graduates,and problems existed in studies.In the course of education of university,encourages the university should emphasize the instructions on entrepreneurship of university graduates and design of profession,finally,presents that venture will be a effective employment for university graduates.
