软件学院高职教学方法的探讨

Discussion on Higher Vocational Teaching Method of Software College

从一名普通高职教师的视点出发,结合近几年在软件学院的高职教学和管理经历,总结了一些高职教学经验和方法,提出了高职教学的一些建议。主要从帮助树立学生信心和督促教师德才兼备两个方面出发,针对高职学生学习主动性不强等问题,介绍了一些专业引导和答疑、激发学习兴趣等措施,陈述了高职教师搞好教学的内外因条件,包括师资队伍建设、提高教师专业化水平、师德教育等。

This paper is from viewpoint of an ordinary higher vocational teacher.According to some experience of higher vocational teaching and management in the software college during recent years,some methods of teaching had been summarized,and some proposals of teaching had been gived.This paper involved two aspects,one is helping students to build confidence,the other is supervising teachers to have ability and integrity.Higher vocational students were short of studying initiative,so some methods had been introduced,such as professional guidance and explaining,stimulating interest in learning.Moreover,internal and external condition of the successful teaching had been stated,including faculty construction,improving the teaching level,morality education and so on.
