平罗县林业有害生物发生现状及防治对策

Current Situation of Pingluo Forestry Pests and Prevention

平罗县辖区有13个乡镇157个村,2个直属国营农场,5个县属农林牧场。全县川区总计有林面积26.34万亩,森林覆盖率为11.52%。以人工林为主的二代林网的框架已基本形成,抗天牛树种比例达到了80%以上。本文介绍了平罗县林业有害生物种类、发生现状;阐述了创新防治机制,实现科学营林的健康理念;提出加强检疫检查,强化监测预警,提高防治水平的对策措施。

13 towns and 157 villages are under the jurisdiction of Pingluo County,inculding 2 forestries is under the state-owned farms,5 forestries is under county-owned forestry and farm.The total of forest area in mounation area is 263,400,and the forest coverage rate is 11.52%.The two generation of forest based on artificial forest has been formed,anoplophora resistant specie ratio is at least 80%.This paper introduces the harmful biological species,occurrence status;it describes the preventive mechanism innovation,the health concept of achieving scientific silviculture.In the end,it puts forward the measures to strengthen quarantine inspection,strengthen the monitoring and early warning,and improve the level of prevention and control.
