护理干预在延长门诊小儿静脉留置针的使用时间效果观察

Role of Nursing Intervention in Using Time of Child Venous Inserted Needle

目的:为了降低静脉留置针并发症的发生率,延长门诊小儿静脉留置针的使用时间,探讨护理干预在其操作中的效果观察。方法:将我科2012年10月-2013年4月的140例使用静脉留置针的患者随机分成试验组和对照组,各70例,对照组按常规护理操作,试验组采取多种措施进行护理干预,观察发生并发症的情况。结果:试验组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,试验组留置时间明显大于对照组。结论:护理干预有助于延长门诊小儿静脉留置针的使用时间,减少并发症,效果显著。

Objective： in order to reduce the incidence of the complication of the venous indwelling needle,prolong the use of time of outpatient pediatric intravenous indwelling needle,the paper investigates the nursing intervention in its operation effect.Methods： The 140 patients using venous indwelling needle in our department from October 2012 to April 2013 are randomly divided into experimental group（n=70） and control group（n=70）.The nursing intervention is added to the experimental group,while the normal nursing is only done for the control group.Results： the incidence of complications of test group patients was significantly lower than the control group,the test group is obviously higher than that of control group.Conclusion： nursing intervention is helpful to reduce the the use time of venous indwelling needle.The effect is significant.
