摘要
笔者利用等离子燃烧炉 ,研究了高炉喷吹煤粉粒度对燃烧性能的影响 ,结果表明 :平均粒径增大而燃烧率呈明显下降 ,粒度细化有助于燃烧 ;随粒度细化无烟煤燃烧率提高较大 ;粒度 - 0 0 75mm的含量在 1 0 %~ 4 0 %区域内 ,燃烧率趋势线上升较明显 ,在大于 4 0 %区域内对燃烧率影响不大 ;煤粉中如没有 +0 30mm的粒度 ,有助于燃烧率提高。
The effects of particle size of pulverized coal on combustion performance are tested by means of plasma furnace.The test result showed that the combustion rate will be decreased remarkably with the increase of average particle diameter of pulverized coal,and the finer the coal particle size,the higher the combustion rate;the combustion rate will be increased distinctly when the portion of <0.075mm fine coal particle is in the range of 10%~40% and remain unchanged when it is more than 40%;and it will be conducive to the raise of combustion rate if no particle size of >0.3mm exists in pulverized coal.
