摘要
BGT1是国内首次由宝钢开发成功的特殊螺纹接头 ,主要用于深井和气井 ,其拧接实物质量与密封性能密切相关。描述了BGT1油管拧接扭矩变化的特征 ,同时探讨了BGT1拧接的控制模式 ,以期实现拧接质量的自动判定。
BGT1 is the premium connection for oil pipes developed by Baosteel in China for the first time,which is mainly applied to deep wells & gas wells,and its quality of make up related to sealing ability of oil pipes.Variation characteristics of the torque in make up process of BGT1 oil pipe are described,and the control model of BGT1 make up is discussed as well for the realization of automatic determination of make up quality.
