左卡尼汀治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

Influence of L-carnitine on cardiac function with congestive heart failure

目的探讨左卡尼汀对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能的影响。方法将60例CHF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,对照组予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用左卡尼汀治疗2w,观察两组患者治疗前后NY-HA分级、心率、血压、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)及N末端原脑利钠肽(NT-pro-BNP)的变化。结果 2w后,治疗组患者的心功能明显改善,LVEDd及NT-pro-BNP与对照组相比明显降低,LVEF与对照组相比明显增加。结论左卡尼汀可以改善CHF患者的心功能。

Objective To assess the effects of L-carnitine on cardiac function in patients with congestive heart failure. Methods Sixty patients with CHF that had already received conventional therapy were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group. Patients in the treatment group were given L-carnitine for 2 weeks. The changes of car- diac function （NYHA） ,left ventricular end diastolic dimension （LVEDd）,left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）,NT-pro- BNP, heart rate and blood pressure were observed before and after treatment in two groups. Results After treatment with L- carnitine for 2 weeks,the cardiac function in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group, LVEDd and NT- pro-BNP of the patients in the group were significantly decreased, LVEF were significantly increased compared with the control group. Conclusion Adding L-carnitine to optimal medical therapy in patients with congestive heart failure may improve car- diac function.
