摘要
辅导员队伍是高校中大学生开展思政教育及实践拓展的中坚力量,高校对辅导员的考评对辅导员工作有着不可磨灭的影响。本文从影响辅导员考评的主要因素出发,探讨了影响辅导员考评的综合因素,从而将360°反馈应用于高校辅导员考评,要重视考评结果以及考评后续的能力提升培养及奖惩制度的落实。
The counselor group is the bacl：bone force for college students＇ ideological and political education and practice expan- sion, so college counselors＇ performance evaluation is very im- portant in counselors＇ work. Starting from the main factors influ- encing college counselor＇s evaluation, this paper applies the 360° feedback to college counselors＇ evaluation.
