使用VBA编程,通过控制Selection对象头尾的移动实现逐段连续读取Word文档,每一段可控制写入Powerpoint文本对象,也可写入自定义的Powerpoint模板文件对象,并可对其设置样式、动画等细节,实现文档间的可控自动转换,大大提高制作演示文稿的效率。

Using VBA programming, through controlling the mov- ing of Selection object, we can continuously read Word docu- ments, and each segment can be controlled to write into the Pow- erpoint text object, and template Powerpoint file object can also be written, besides, its style, animation and other details earl be set to realize controllable automatic transformation among docu- ments, which can greatly improve the efficiency of making the presentation.
