The course of Oral English is designed to improve stu- dents English communicating skills and the teacher plays multi- ple important roles as a scriptwriter, a director, a performer and so on. The paper mainly analyses the teacher＇s skillful transfor- mation of muhiple roles under the guidance of ＂teacher-led, stu- dent-centered＂ teaching philosophy, in order to continuously im- prove the teaching effects of the course of Oral English.
