摘要
客户关系管理是以客户为核心的新型营销方式。商业银行作为资金密集型和客户关系密集型的商业企业,通过客户关系管理来维持和持续获得新的客户来源,意义非同一般。本文从分析我国国有商业银行客户关系管理的现状入手,剖析了目前存在的诸多问题,最后提出有针对性的建议。
Customer Relationship Management is new marketing methods. As capital-intensive and customer relationship-inten- sive commercial enterprises, commercial banks maintain the cus- tomer relationship management and sustainable access to new sources of customers by the Customer Relationship Management. Starting from the analysis of the status of China's state-owned commercial bank customer relationship management and prob- lem, the article proposes recommendations to improve problem.
