国家文化安全考量下的汉英词典编撰

On the Compilation of Chinese-English Dictionary under the Consideration of National Cultural Security

随着全球国家间文化交流的日益频繁,国家文化安全问题已经成为我国面临的重要问题,其中,语言文化问题是重要内容之一。作为语言文字集成的汉英词典,在其语言属性、跨文化交流属性和社会属性基础上,也成为构筑国家文化安全体系的重要方面。在汉英词典编撰的实践中,编者要通过定位汉英词典的文化安全属性,来明确自身的文化安全工作身份,并在收词和释义方面落实文化安全保障,从而发挥和加强汉英词典在捍卫国家文化安全中的重要作用。

Abstract Along with the increasingly frequent cultural exchanges among countries, national cultural security issues have become important issues our country is facing, in which the language is- sue is one focus. Chinese-English Dictionary, with its language property, cross-cultural-communicatian property and social property, is a powerful strength in building the national cultural security system. Therefore, three aspects should be considered to exert and enhance the function of Chinese-English Dictionary in defend the national cultural security： repositioning the property of the nature of the Chinese-English Dictionary in new era, empha- sizing the safety work identity of lexicographer and laying clown clear compiling principles of English Dictionary.
