关于加强高职院校英语师资队伍建设探讨

Discussion on Strengthening the Construction of English Teaching Staff in Higher Vocational Colleges

我国高职院校的商务英语人才非常少,现在不论是社会,还是高职院校都需要大量的商务英语人才,但是现在很多商务英语学生却因为专业不精或者是能力不强,并不能胜任高职院校英语师资队伍的工作,所以需要对高职院校的师资方面的素质、能力和知识各方面进行培养,需要建设一支素质优良,而且结构合理多能的教师队伍。这是我们高职院校急需解决的课题,本文根椐高职院校英语师资队伍的建设情况,分析出我国高校英语师资匮乏的原因,并提出相应的解决办法。

Abstract Currently, the society and higher vocational colleges need a large number of business English talents, but there are few such talents in higher vocational colleges, and many students majoring in business English are weak in academic competence, needless to say, they are not qualified to be English teachers in higher vocational colleges. To cultivate a qualified teaching group for higher vocational education is an urgent topic for higher voca- tional colleges. In accordance with the current situation of teach- ing staff construction in higher vocational colleges, this paper an- alyzes the causes of the lack of teachers, and proposes coping so- lutions.
