新课程标准中提到,"在记叙文写作时要求作者把自己的亲身感受和经历,通过生动、形象的语言描述给读者",也就是强调作文要讲实话、说真话,自由地表情达意,强调作文要有个性。个性是文章的灵魂,没有了个性,文章的灵魂也不复存在。作文怎样才能写出个性是初中语文教师常思考的课题。文章阐述了走个性化作文之路的教育功能,分析了当前中学生作文缺失个性的原因,指出了培养学生写出富有个性作文的有效策略,与同行共勉。

Abstract The new curriculum proposes that a narration should base on real personal experience, so writing should be the ex- pression of real emotion and individuality. Without individuality, a composition loses its soul. How to writer with individuality is an updating topic for teachers. This paper interprets the educational function of individualized writing, analyzes the causes of students＇ lack of individualization, and proposes effective strategies of writ- ing with individuality.
