教师的专业素质重要但思想素质更重要,我们要从根本上改变以往教学中教师的主体地位,改变教师对学生作用的错误看法,变疏远、冷漠的师生关系为温馨、和谐型。这不仅便于教师传道、授业、解惑,也更能使学生青出于蓝而胜于蓝,培养出适合21世纪需要的人才。
