高校从制度上应对大学生恶意欠费的对策探究

Research on System-Based Strategy for College Students' Malicious Arrearage in Colleges

针对当前高校普遍存在大学生恶意欠费的现象,体现出高校不健全的收费制度、不完善的管理制度及不合理的教育制度,因此高校在应对恶意欠费这种现象时,应着力加强教育,完善机制,使得管理恶意欠费有章可循,得到有效遏制。

Abstract In view of the current university students malicious ar- rearage phenomenon, it reflects the unsound charging system, imperfect management system and unreasonable education sys- tem. Therefore, colleges and universities in dealing with mali- cious arrearage this phenomenon, efforts should be made to strengthen education, perfect mechanism, make malicious ar- rearage rule-based, have been effectively curbed.
