摘要
我国的高职院校后勤社会化落后于本科院校,在人才队伍建设方面,存在人员文化素质偏低、年龄偏大;人员复杂,流动性大;管理人员缺乏现代化管理技能、服务人员服务意识差等问题,需要进一步加强员工培训、思想政治教育、员工激励等措施来保障后勤社会化的持续快速发展。
Abstract Logistics socialization in higher vocational colleges in our country lags behind undergraduate colleges. In terms of the talent construction, cultural accomplishment of the staff is lower and they are older, and the staff constituent is complex without stability. What's more, the management staff lacks of modern management skills and the service staff are poor in service con- sciousness. Therefore, we need further strengthen staff training, ideological and political education, and personnel incentive to ensure the sustained and rapid development of logistics social- ization.
